Hi, I’m Angela, a dedicated Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, Coach and Reiki Practitioner. But more than that, I bring to the table a lifetime of experiences that may mirror your own.
Have you ever felt lost, unheard, or like you’re always putting others before yourself? Do you struggle with setting boundaries, saying no, or fearing rejection? Maybe you’ve lost your confidence, feel trapped in toxic relationships, or find yourself in midlife wondering, How did I get here?
That was me too.
From the outside, my life seemed fine—I smiled, I showed up, and I did what was expected. But inside, I felt unfulfilled. After spending 30 years in the corporate world, I realized I was going through the motions, missing a sense of passion and purpose. I married young, divorced young, and spent years trying to please everyone but myself.
When life pushed me to take a hard look at where I was, I knew something had to change. That’s when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy, and it transformed not just my mindset but my entire life.
Through RTT, I shifted my focus inward and uncovered the deep-rooted beliefs, thoughts, and generational patterns that were holding me back. I learned why I behaved the way I did, why I attracted certain relationships and circumstances, and how to change the narrative I had been living. By re-framing past experiences, I found my true self and began creating the life I truly desire.
Today, I have the privilege of guiding others through their own transformations. Whether it’s uncovering the beliefs formed in childhood, breaking free from self-sabotaging patterns, or finding clarity and confidence, I’ve witnessed countless clients experience profound change in just one to three sessions with their commitment and determination.
RTT helps uncover the root causes of physical or emotional pain and frees you from the limitations that hold you back. It has quieted my inner critic, replaced it with an inner cheerleader, and given me the freedom to be authentically me. Now, I help others find that same freedom—freedom to live unapologetically, to embrace joy, and to create a life aligned with their true desires.
